Next suspension mods are full cradle and diff bushings...

Not sure which brand to go with Pfadt or pedders.

Pfadt not longer sells their diff bushings, anyone know why?

Why are you doing diff bushings? I know those are definitely going to transmit some roughness and noise into the cabin. The cradle won't but diff will.

Helps put power to the ground more efficiently. From what I've researched, the diff bushings are different for each car. Yours may howl while mine may not. Hard to say for sure that they will transmit NVH.

Even if they do make a little noise I'm not concerned, exhaust will most likely drown it out and its not a DD.

Those pfadt cradle bushings are really nice but man are they pricey. I know ADM here from Dallas also makes a set of solid rear cradle bushings. They should come up if you run a search. They're also way better priced than the pfadts. They aren't advertised on their site I don't believe. It's something you have to call them about.

Aren't you going to be doing the tie rod installation along with the coilovers since you'll need an alignment for both?

Here they are
http://www.admperformance.com/produc...63&product=258

They look nice for sure and would match my billet LSR TA'Sand toe links
Just curious why pfadts are so much more, even more than pedders HD bushings

Would be the smart thing to do.

Pfadt and Pedders are both kinda overpriced imo. Having said that though, they do perform insanely well. I know A LOT of people bash on Pedders products for x y and z reasons but their track record speaks for themselves. Every event they go to, they either win or come close. They have never been beaten by another suspension team. Not only that but people with their products also come in the top consistently. For that reason, and the fact that their almost local, I go with Pedders for a lot of things. If I know the products are the same and one is just charging more, I'll definitely buy the cheaper one. I was going to do this with the cradle inserts but after caverman proved that the pedders ones were indeed worth it, I'll be going with those. No one else makes an insert and I don't feel like doing the full replacement so I'll be going with Pedders. If I was doing the solid bushing, I don't know why I wouldn't do the ADM ones. Considering their basically the exact same thing.

We could be in for some trouble with both installs going at the same time.... Problems with the coilovers and then problems with dropping the cradle for the tie rods.... uh oh.....

I honestly think pedders is a good brand and I can't go wrong with them or pfadt however, I think it's ridiculous to post the times of their track record in quite a few threads as if that's the reason I'm going to buy one of their products. That's great their products do well and it shows but I'm just looking for the best replacement bushings. I definitely don't want to spend a lot but not cheap out either.

Lol dropping the cradle isn't bad if it is supported correctly.

Can't wait for Kevin's install

I definitely agree about them posting track times everywhere but it's something that would definitely influence me as a consumer. Reason being that the proof is in the pudding. It's like buying a bolt on that has no reported gains, why would u so that? Especially if the exact same product from another company is reporting definite gains. Just my perspective on the matter.

I think it depends really with suspension. I too was in the "I don't want to cheap out" boat not too long ago until I sat down and looked at everything from a logical stand point. I personally will probably never put this car on an actual track, too expensive. And auto crossing is something I have yet to do. I hope to do it in the future but at the moment this car is a 100% daily driver with weekend track trips. So for me, getting the best of the best suspension wise just isn't worth it. Especially since it might mean giving up some comfort. So I have or am going to get the basics and call it good.

I still have to see how much I like the zl1 bars. They're supposed to be the best of the best and I have no doubts they might be but if they just kill my ride quality I might take me out in favor of something else. Just my perspective.

I don't know how you could go wrong with anything from Pfadt or ADM. Andy is a mad scientist and his builds speak for themselves. He simply puts out products that work. So I wouldn't hesitate to do either honestly.
