Well you know how it is when you get old , opps maybe you don't , but was my turn to cook tonight and when I cook I sometimes forget to shoot up my insulin so long story short I forgot and sugar spiked and made me drousy and when I woke up a little bit ago had pounding headache and just feel like crap , just a stupid old man who can't remember simple chit
