It looks like a 1969 rear clip, 1968 front clip, and a Vega panel wagon rear roof. At least it has Hot Wheels Edition blue paint.

that is a Massachusetts license plate on that trailer, damn thing is only one state over, probably belongs to Shady Brady

68 had side markers.
looks like 67/68 tail lights, 69 rear quarter, 67 front bumper
