I might get kicked out for this...

I always wanted a black 1977 Trans Am with T-tops (yes, Smokey and the Bandit). My friend went to SEMA today and sent me this.



Wow, they even recreated the snowflake rims.

the shaker is the coolest thing ever added to a car, especially a bad ass one.
there is not much that can top off a torque monster like watching the shaker try and smack the side of the hood while rowing away. sweet car!

Those have been around for a couple years now. I forget the name of the company that makes them. They take a $40k Camaro and turn it into an $80K Trans Am. Looks amazing though. They did a great job with that one.

Yeah, I'm not ready to drop $80k on a Camaro, but it is great to see a piece of history brought back to life.

Trans Am Depot is the big one (I think they did the one shown in the OP), but I know that Lingenfelter has done one and there have been some others over the last few years
