New member in VA

Hi, all! New member/poster but LONG time reader of Camaro5! Bought 2013 2SS/RS last March and love the car! Black w/ silver RS stripes with GM GFX; Of course, got the mod fever quickly; especially while acquiring knowledge here on Camaro5! So far:

Cosmetic - Bow tie deletes front and rear; Sparks SS emblem on heritage grille and GM SS side fender emblems; Llloyd SS floormats

Performance - Borla S-type exhaust; CAI intake (both from Apex!); soon to come are catch-can and VMAX TB

Thanks to all for the wealth of info on Camaro5! I am now officially addicted!

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

TN REBEL SOUL,

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your SS! Glad you're enjoying it so much! What was it about the Camaro that made you get one?

Welcome! Is your car an auto or manual? I ask because I'm thinking about getting the Borla S-type also, and I have an auto. Want to know how it sounds...

Thanks, William! I was torn between the Boss 302 and Camaro SS for months. When it came down to it, it was simply the "muscle" look of the Camaro that sold me. The Boss is nice, but the Camaro is MEAN! For the record I did research all the performance differences, too; the SS was plenty for me. Besides, I've always been a Chevy guy........
