My guess would be the girl that attempted to kill her father but couldn't. It didn't show the person doing it but she is the one that is naming the walkers

Why didnt Hershel the vet take even a single look at the sick pig?

Why are the prison fences so flimsy? It is not a minimal security prison since the prisoners in the last season were all killers.

I agree with you about the pig thing, I think that someone didn't think about it to be honest. The fence I understand since you have all the walkers up against the fence pressing up against it.
What I didn't understand was they said on talking dead why didn't they just burn the bodies and Greg nicaterro (or however you spell it) said that you didn't want to attract other survivors with the fire. And Chris hardwick said it could cause a forest fire, yet the burnt the pig pen up and it was surrounded with grass and other plants so it's the same thing.

Carl was feeding the rats. My reason is that he was trying to intensify their danger at the prison so he could get his gun back from his dad.

My brother in law just said that he thinks it was Carl too. I'm thinking it was the little girl who lost her dad. She was connected to that zombie "nick". She seemed to be more upset about them killing him then her dad
