Haha I did too! Back in college. It was awful. I'd never done it before (retail at a mall kiosk) and the owner and manager just took off and left me there to work the entire booth and to close, with no training. I had no clue what I was doing. And I wasn't gonna do that for $6.00 an hour, so I left!

I quit a job after 1 hour before. Bastards sent me a W2 at the end of the year. Never got a paycheck.

Same here. I was told on the first day that I will get hours depending on how many credit cards sign ups I had. Quit the same day.

Wow, 6.00/hr. I was getting minimum wage at, ahem, 3.15/hr (maybe 3.35), AND had to use my car to deliver ice cream. In the summer. With no air conditioning. In an area in which I was not familiar. Lots of happy ice cream customers that night!!!
