Hey folks. Bit of serious advice for everyone, young or old....

Please have a conversation with your loved ones (parents, grandparents, spouses, kids) about death. Make sure all your and their affairs are in order and LEGALLY in order. It's not an easy conversation, but it will be worth it. Make sure everyone knows what the expectations are.

Having to take care of someone's estate that is not in order after they pass, is an absolute nightmare.

And yes, some of you know my 3rd grandfather passed last weekend. It's been very rough on my family because his affairs are a complete mess. All of his final wishes were not legal, so we are hoping that we get everything straightened out.
