It will be a sad day in history when American defense companies refuse to help us because the dollar crashes- especially since they have been "sucking the tit" and getting well over the value of the materials in the weapons from all the defense contracts over the years.

It will be a sad day, I agree. All throughout history bad things have happened when you can't pay your military, or when you can't afford to supply them correctly. I believe greed plauges the human race no less now than it ever has. SOME companies will stand up to the task, and most citizens will stand up and fight without having to be paid. But in the face of a total economic meltdown, the complete decline of infrastructure in our society, would some or most be enough to fend off more than half the world?

That is why I'm confident we are gonna be kissin' some Chinese butt until we elect some people who will cut down our debt to them. Once again, not partisan, everyone is at fault reguardless of the letter they put next to their name.

The last time I looked cluster bombs were illegal to use during warfare yet USA used them against Iraq on a regular basis. Funny how people can have such short memories sometimes!

Well now instead of stopping them from finishing a few hydrogen bombs, they are not making low yield they are making high yield soviet style h bomb design they got from Pakistan. Now we are gonna make a missile shield there? What are just stopping them from making a bomb?

I doubt they where gonna use a rocket to deliver the bomb to Tel Aviv. A van or truck should be good enough. Don't have to expect the next bomb to go off in a city to be missile delivery. They don't need a missile.

To answer your question, no I have not been there, but that does not change the fact that you are suggesting we kill millions of innocent lives. That is simply unacceptable, and it goes against every reason why our military even exists.

I am appalled that you would ever suggest such a thing. Just because you saw a select few bad Iranians does not make the entire batch bad. If you were informed, you would watch the news and see all the protests to the current regime in Iran, and you would see that many Iranians are looking for freedom from an oppressive regime. Do you want to simply nuke them too, and brush them under the rug?
