It says he will read and respond...

Read a few of the posts and you will see why their emails are not available to the public....a lot of the people in the general public are idiots

Thanks. 255 character limit? I intend on writing more than 255 words lol. Maybe I'll try facebook or maybe an old fashioned letter is in order. If I'd like to get a letter to the execs, what's the best address/person to send it to? I recall a few people had success with this in the past.

Depending what your main topic is you may want to choose someone who would be directly involved in that area. Or just shoot for the top

It's about perceptions of GM employees in regards to the customer/dealer/GM relationship.

Of course not. But if you have legit info/thoughts that they would actually be interested in, they just might read it. Even if they don't read it, I would think/hope their staff would forward it on to an appropriate person so they can address it.
