Good morning gang! Boy am I sore from this week's workouts. I did not want to get out of my good warm bed this morning, but Yeah, gotta go to work. We are under a fog warning but it should be mostly burned off before my commute. Supposed to be another nice day. I wish I could get out there & take a nice country criuze in Ruby instead of being indoors at work. Have a nice day.

Yeah, What's up with that time files as you get older thing? We need to figure out a way to change that back to the way it was when we were young. .....................or........................... ..on second thought.................maybe a way to change it back & forth so the bad times would pass quickly & the good times nice & slowly!
