My arm hasn't been this sore since I first learned how to lock a bathroom door...UP TOP!

At least for the front sway bar you can hold down the endlink nut with a box end wrench and use a 3/8" socket wrench with a 7mm socket to get the nut off...Had to come up with my own directions..

So... you not going to tell Kevin how easy is get the sway bar out of the car after you remove the end links? Specially by yourself!

No don't, the front I'd recommend you do when u know you have nothing or have quite a bit of time to do it
