No not yet just because you need an alignment with them. I know they're pretty straight forward but just don't want to pay for two alignments because my fe4 suspension needs an alignment also. So I'm going to do everything at the same time probably during winter break

What are you looking at doing with Photoshop? I have a good 5 years of experience working in it but haven't used it in 2 so I am a little rusty but know how to do photo manipulation.

I know photoshop can get expensive so are you open to alternatives? There is a Linux alternative called Gimp that for being free is great. It has most of Features a novice will use in Photoshop. And they do make it for MS windows so you don't have to run Linux to get it. I have CS5 but now you can actually no longer buy the CS programs anymore once CS7 comes out you have to do their creative cloud subscription.

I am under the assumption you don't have a copy of Photoshop now and don't like to use P2P sites so if I am wrong on either of those you can basically disregard the last paragraph lol.

I've always wanted Photoshop as well. Mostly for playing around, making signatures, and chopping car pics.

Have you ever looked into GIMP (stands for the GNU Image Manipulation Program)? I have used both and prefer photoshop but that's because I was taught in Photoshop so I know where everything is hidden and such. But for basic things like Sigs, applying filters, cropping, and adjusting values of a picture GIMP is great. Even more so since it's all free.

Photoshop is great but can get expansive real fast but if you do ever decide to buy a copy to try out you can always buy it under your daughter. Adobe offers student pricing for all K-12 students and then higher education students as well. Right now one license of CS6 photoshop is 150 as a student if I am not mistaken. The academic superstore is usually who I go through for my student pricing. I believe all they need is a report card or transcript for proof.

Here's a link to Gimps site

In all honestly 150 is a great price for photoshop. The other thing you get as a student is a discount on the creative cloud subscription. I believe its 20 a month for a year and you get every single program that is in the master suite.

Wow never mind about the 150 they raised the prices by A LOT. The suite I bought a few years ago for 450 is now at 600 and photoshop is now at 350. I know it was at 150 because that was what my sister paid for her copy but that was a few years ago now since she has CS5 like I do.

You can get Photoshop elements for 150 but IMHO I would just do Gimp over elements. I can give you a screen shot of both programs so can compare later today. I have a Linux machine in my room and have it on there I believe
