Filters in the camera app aren't supported on the iPhone 4, 4S, or any iPad models (though filters in the Photos app are supported on all iOS 7 devices except the iPad 2)

not sure what the filters on the camera app are. I guess stuff like tweaking the photo, making it black and white...things like that.

Basically it's like Instagram filters built into the app. I think with the 5 you get live filters though which allow you to have the filter while taking the picture. I could be wrong though

Apple said back then that the iPhone 4 doesn't have the hardware to support Siri, but jailbreak probe them wrong. .. I'm sure hackers can do the jailbreak on old devices, and change the permissions on the software to enable those features... not so sure for the 5 and 5S...

I have the iOS 7 beta 5 and this is what the filters are. Since I just woke up, the pic is part of my foot, my bed sheets and my blanket.

I've had the beta for about 3 months and I have never used the filters. They're not all that great.

The nice thing about iOS 7 is that you can make your lock screen look like this! Although if you're jail broken, making it look like this wouldn't be a problem.
