This might be a stupid question so forgive me since I know close to nothing about nitrous but do you need a tune for nitrous or is it like any other bolt on?

I am going to do 100 shot without a tune. Anything higher than that I am going to need someone who can tune these cars.

Don't really need a tune, persay. Need to pull the timing a few degrees, is all.

Doesn't the LLT do that itself?

Adequately for higher nitrous shots? No clue.

No idea. Never even entertained the thought of nitrous so I tune out when it's discussed. However, PMC said a few degrees, and I know the Bosch and LLT is capable of that.

Very random question aimed for Jewel. On your iPhone case are the stripes painted or are they Vynil?

The thought has crossed my mind a time or two (but I can't justify purchasing something I'll use infrequently). And true, the ECM is capable of retarding the timing a few degrees. I just vaguely remember a tune being required for more nitrous.

When running nitrous, I would recommend running premium fuel. So it won't be pulling much timing, if any. So for the LLT, I suppose a tune is the only way to pull timing, but with other cars, including the v8 Camaro's, lingenfelter has a module that retards timing without a tune. Not sure why it doesn't work with the LLT. Not sure if it would work with the LFX. Just thought I remember reading that its not an option for the LLT, hence no one tried it.
