it sucks the world we live in. people being nasty for no reason to each other. so much sadness

I had a friend in high school who was probably the most optimistic and happy person I'd ever known. It wasn't until a few months after we became really close that she told me she had been suicidal at one point.

You just really never know who's having problems. And the sad part about it is a lot of people just keep bottling things up inside them because they feel like they have nobody to talk to or help them. There's only so much the bottle can hold though.

I know that feeling. I know people that say everything. i only say stuff online , not real life.

UPDATE: She is talking now. Amazingly, she has suffered NO internal injuries. The most serious damage they think she has is a broken arm.

I don't know what, but something was at her side tonight.

they will have to get her serious treatment. many people talk suicide, she full on tried it.

I'm just worried that she'll try to do it again. I bet her parents aren't gonna want to leave her side now.

she should be admitted for psych treatment after she recovers.

She's been given a second chance. Whatever was troubling her, hopefully she'll get the resources to deal with it now.

I know I should go to sleep now, since I have school in a couple hours, but I know I'll just lay in my bed for hours now. I have such a different outlook at life now.

it makes you realize whether someone is sad or mad or withdrawn, something is eating at them

Not exactly. I mean if someone's acting sad or angry then obviously something's wrong.

It's when the person is acting completely fine, like in this case, that it becomes scary.
