I read on this forum and saw pictures of about 277 C7's produced. Shouldn't they have TPW?

If you look at Google Earth two sets of tracks come up to the SW side of the lot, so it looks at one time there were rail deliverys or car pick up, I am sure at one time they delivered steel frames to the plant via rail. However, the google view was 2011 and the tracks leading up to the plant looked over grown, but they could have been repaired since. Who knows??
