Hey guys! Just checking in to see if you guys are treating my thread well. Been a while since I have been on. Life has been extremely busy. Sitting at roosters enjoying wings and a blue moon. How has everyone been?

Yup, other than not paying rent (which I kinda did), I was self sufficient. I wouldn't have done anything different, looking back now.

That's a good business practice to model!

I'd be able to pay off med school debt and get my own private practice up and running w/ little-to-no bank investments. Maybe even focus on opening a private labor and delivery suite and/or surgical suite (instead of focusing on debt).

It is yummy. I want to try and make the apple sauce one night. I know what goes in it but I don't know how much or how long to cook it for.
