I can't get it to work at all. I was having trouble with the Silverado builder yesterday too. At least they finished it and added the Regular Cabs even if I couldn't actually build one.

Edit. I got it to work but it's the worst builder yet. They shouldn't show this to the public if it isn't finished. No Z51 package available. No exterior picture (kind of the whole point of the builder). The price goes back to the base price no matter how many options you pick (And many of those are missing). They never improved the Camaro builder so this may be as good as it gets.
