What a hell of a day. I quess I jinxed myself last night talking about it being a nice average week. I have some work to do so I'll be back & forth checking in occasionally tonight (I like to give myself a break now & then; they get too much of my time as it is). I'm heading out to a car show in the morning but not stressing over it. Just want some time in the sun with like minded automotive enthusiatsts.

Good luck with your PT. I never would have guessed how difficult a shoulder problem can be until I dislocated and broke mine in an accident almost 3 years ago.

What is your ortho doc recommending?

I never would have guessed how difficult a shoulder problem can be until I dislocated and broke mine in an accident almost 3 years ago.

What is your ortho doc recommending?

Different exercises with weights , pulleys and stretching. Then the therapist puts me on the rack of pain to make my arm go where it hasn't been in a few months. The sad part is my right shoulder is starting to bother me. At home I do the same exerciises for both arms. I talked to someone and it took her a year to get back to somewhat normal.

Drove the Corvette down for the weekend to Corvettes at Carlisle. Great trip, weather, and show. 5,000 Corvettes here. Next June we'll bring the Camaro down for the GM Nationals.

Hey crew. My computer is acting screwy so I am trying to clean it out& posting from my cell phone. I posted a thread in the pics section with pics of today's event. It was fun. Hot out but I'm not complaining. NO RAIN! It was a fun day.
