Mmkay. Things that happened today...

Went and opened a checking/savings account.

Dropped the Sonoma off at the tire place to get its first new set of tires in 11 years.

Went to work.


Tire place calls my dad, he goes to pick up the truck, turns out they put the freaking white walls on the outside edge. My dad refuses to accept it, truck's still at the tire place waiting for them to turn the damn tires around so the ugly white walls are on the inside. Idiots.

Had a Mini Pinscher at work today, came in for yearly rabies vaccination, 10 minutes later the owner runs back in and says the dog just threw up, is staggering all over the place, and just keeled over. Dog's rushed into the treatment area, given IV fluids and cortisone shots.

Interesting day.

My vet just raised its rates... its not almost 200 bucks for a checkup + yearly shots...

Swapping to another place in town thats about 90 total for the same tests/shots.

Ours is around $45-55 for a checkup and $15/vaccination. It's when you start doing blood work and medication that the costs start piling up.
