His mods CAI and Cat-Back are more than likely slowing him down. Also not sure if that was an automatic or stick car, if it was a stick that is about average, an automatic will be much quicker.

I saw one of these at our drag strip a couple weeks ago. He was Magnuson supercharged, and had 17" Welds and M/T Drag Radials. It was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL car, but he was only running low 13's, dipping down into the high 12's once in a while. Granted, he was beating me....(I'm not supercharged), but I was really shocked he wasn't running much faster than that. Maybe just a crappy driver?!?!!?!

I thought the stock 392's were faster than that. I will fear them no more.

My car was 12.7 showroom stock. It's an auto so it's consistent.

I really wish Id get to see one of these run good in person. Everytime I watch one its someone that doesn't know what they are doing so they run mid 13's. Beautiful cars, Id love to own one myself.

That's a good start, some miles and cooler Fall air and it's a done deal . How do you like the Charger btw, compared to the Challenger?
