I don't mind just talking at a spot if the club didn't take things too seriously. I do like what the San Antonio club did by talking to various restaurants and basically having a rotation of places to meet each week. Keeps things new. I personally want to start a car club of my own here too cuz I have a bunch of friends with cars but not all have camaros.

a variety is also a good thing. I used to be a part of a "ricer" club. lol had all sorts of cars, from civics, to Jetta's, and even a sebring convertible. lol

The plague of bad clubs still lingers here in south Florida.

I would say 90% of clubs, don't last very long. and if they do, they have been through a ton of drama. nature of the beast.

clubs are stupid imo... too much drama like you said.

I just like to hang out with my wang out. I mean hang out with friends and go to car shows... clubs try to get too involved and force people to show up and all that nonsense.

I agree. I like clubs that don't require anything. just a bunch of people with free time, and like to talk about the same things.

Which you're only going to get with a large group of older people.. not these groups of 18-20 year olds cruising around in their mom's Accord.
