I guess I could make cliff notes.

pro town vs mafia. chat during day phase, lynch someone. night phase, mafia kills someone, and other stuff could happen. day phase comes back up with clues that happened at night phase. town lynches someone else...and so on and so forth.

object is for town to kill mafia during day, mafia to kill town during night.

its very simple. first day is always tough to just lynch someone, hoping they are mafia. at the night phase, mafia PM me, who they want to kill. I kill that person at night. there is also a cop and doctor to help the pro-town, that can investigate someone and save someone. these start to create clues for the next day phase, for the town to talk about who to lynch. just a forum social game. kind of like a live "CLUE" forum game.

and there are a ton of roles that can be in the game. which I have a link in the second post of that game thread.

not trying to push the game on anyone, just sayin.

Our team basically backs all of the online billpay websites for major banks around the world. So I write mostly Java to ensure that the pages are working correctly and pulling the bills correctly.

I haven't been on the forums much at all lately, yesterday and today have been the most I've posted probably in 3-4 months lol

You could always turn to the dark side and forward those bill income to your bank account

Do they actually calculate off of viscosity or is it just based off mileage? On the escalade I thought it was always mileage.

I'm about 1k miles over my oil change and will be 2k after the trip this next week lol

I change about every 5k miles unless the oils dirty.. 3k is just people trying to get more money off me

Now that makes a lot more sense. Guess I will see how the game is played and jump in on the action another time.

From what I was told by a GM rep several years ago at a Corvette show they use several factors to determine it. For example they use how hard the engine has been driven, how long its been running, miles, viscosity, etc...

This is very true. If you know a lot about computers you can get a lot of things done. But I am not a coder. As of right now I intern as User Support Analysis

That's really cool, I did a little java coding in high school. I do mostly c and c++ now in college

Weird, the Escalade that I drive seems to go down pretty consistently lol but then again it does have engine hours and current mpg and such so I could see those all being a factor

Nice, I'm not a very fluent coder, I've definitely gotten better at Java since I've been here and I assume that will copy over into other coding languages.

I believe I am taking a C++ course this semester so we'll have to wait and see how that goes lol
