Stalled her car 7 times, got moving twice and grinder the gears once yesterday. I gave up after like 15 minutes.

I can tell you when i grinned a gear it was heart sinking. Literally one of the worst sounds you can hear coming from a car.

Well I didn't grind the gear when i was learning. For me it happened when i was trying to shift very quickly from first to second and i let off the clutch a little too soon. This happened like last year.

I was very proud of myself that I was able to shift into 2nd both times I got going without any problems! Go me!

I genuinely felt stupid when i stalled going into second.

In my defense it happened when going up a hill in a parking lot.
