oily looking stuff from coming out exhaust

yesterday I drove about 50 minutes north to buy a scosche and pioneer double din. I installed it all last night, then this morning i go to turn the key just to see if it all still worked and the oil pressure light was on.
I started the car to see if it would and it started just fine, everything seemed normal until i walked to exhaust and there was black oily getting spit out.

I did stop for gas on the way back, and the stuff did not seem like a good quality. the oily looking stuff from what i read seem to be from running rich?

but why is the oil pressure light on?
it went off when the car was started also.

The Oil light goes on for a bulb check along with others.

Water is coming out of the exhaust pipes due to condensation mixing with residue.Yes they run rich and is normal.

It stays on until you start the car and it senses oil pressure. And the statement above regarding water is correct. Relax...your baby is fine.

Now I have the problem indicator light. I think that what its called.
Could that be because I have the scosche unit hooked up without hand controls?

It's most likely just carbon and condensation. Nothing to worry about.

Best regards,
