Do not underestimate how important nutrition is to support exercise or to promote fat loss. You can't perform on an empty tank.

So I kept my gear and and did some "iron chairs" and it was hurting the knee like crazy. Didn't go as deep and it felt a little better. I was going to do more after the other guy was done working out but we got a call.
Knee is really irritated anyways. Not sure if I just need to stick to the bike for now then try again or what. Or it's just from walking around in heavy gear all week...
