Just don't drink the beers at the beginning or you might install the grilles in the wrong areas

On the bumper, the upper bolt by the fender is the hardest one to get. After that its easy.
I don't like the heritage with the ZL1 bumper. I saw a RJT at Fest last year with that combo. I will probably go ZL1 to go with my theme of being "Not a ZL1"

I'm exceptionally jealous you're able to swing this. Even if I had the $7k or so to do it I would still be nervous. Hell I cringed when I put the hammer down on the HFCs and that was 1/10th the price. "Saving up" kinda loses its meaning when every penny you make already belongs to someone else.

Yeah yeah. Pass the cheese, it'll go well with my whine.

I'd rather have a roots-style top-mount anyway. So there.
nope dont have it YET....getting my finances in order. So, selling parts to be ready for it. Im doing the install and tuning. Its not that hard, more time consuming really.

This is where having an LFX stinks for you in this case my radiator cover only works for LLT's bc they changed the radiator cap design for you weirdo's

Totally agree though on the saving part but it should be epic and a hell of a birthday present to me.....or bee? hahaha

Yeah there's no reason WHY you SHOULDNT get the Roots for our cars....

Oh yeah, forgot your plate probably won't work on mine. Think it could be modded? I do have Mr. Dremel and his family of bits. If you're already working on selling it to someone else no worries.

So if you're de-modding and don't have it yet, are you temporarily fitting stock parts on or just not planning to drive it?

And yes, I'd be way more interested if a reliable shop had a kit for something like a TVS1900. IPF needs to get on it. Don't get me wrong, the kit they're doing now is real clean and I certainly like black but roots is my preference. Maybe by the time I have the money somebody will have a kit?

Or I could just go for the giggle juice. It's good to have options.

thought the Sierra and silverado are identical in price. At least the 13s were.

Jason is crazy. He have been obsessing over getting a truck. We probably won't be able to get one for another 2-ish years

they are fairly close. I built both trucks to about the same specs that I want. one was 42 and some change, the sierra was 41k on the dot.

driving a sonic...leaves so much to be desired...especially an auto. at least in a truck, it sounds bad ass, and probably faster than a sonic. lol
