yeah, I think I'll end up shrinking one of those and ask a friend to help animate it. As of now, the sephiroth stays.

hellsing the anime came out well before the van helsing movie

Same idea though. One entity fighting off lycans/vampires/gargoyles/supernatural beings. The anime is a corporation that uses a vampire named alucard (spell that name backwards) as their lead agent, while the rest are humans. They fight to keep the world safe, and there's another entity from England (I think) that fights evil as well but sends a paladin after alucard. Very cool fight scenes, and a great storyline.

In a nut shell, no it's not related, other than the concept.

I watched the movies not the anime...does it come on cable?

But um the G.I. Joe "Rise of Cobra" movie is bigger to me than any Transformers movie..lol

I watch bleach and naruto before they hit adult swim. The dubbed naruto and bleach aren't great, but subbed with japanese voices, you really get the emotion.

Code Geass never interested me.

I have a ton of anime on my external hard drive including Full Metal Alchemist, Hajime no Ippo, Bleach first 180+ episodes, Naruto first 270+ episodes and the first 2 movies, etc. etc.
