Yea the car was at fault... She can get covered by his insurance that's what it's there for.

I don't feel like quoting everyone but I'm just saying it pissed me off, no where did I say, she had any involvement in what i was saying, I was only saying it pissed me off when those motorcyclists did that....sorry for having an unpopular opinion.

I'm not saying I have a problem with your opinion. I see it all the time here in California too. I'm just saying this is the wrong place to express it. I am a motorcycle rider, but I only use lane splitting (which is legal here) when the traffic is stopped. I am usually the one that has people in cars flying around me, because I keep it to within 5 mph of the speed limit so I can get the most out of my tank.
