upload speed is how fast it can.... upload.

Yeah, like, if you were to find a file that was the size of 1.27 MB, you would hypothetically, download it in 1 second. Or wait, is that wrong?

ideally, yes.

but that rating is not a continuous thing. just like an engine holding a rev at a certain rpm, if you put a load on it, it will drop down some then slowly work its way back up.

Back home in Ok I pay about $45/mo for ATT's fastest which is 6 or 8Mbps.
