Good morning gang. I am not as sore today as I thought I'd be but I usually hurt worse the second day after a tough workout. I need to do some upper body work tonight to balance things out. I hope I can stay caught up today at work so I can do some things to get ready for Vegas tonight. Looks like C5 is working better this morning yesterday it was sloooooooooooow. Good Friday Morning! Wooooooooo Hoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! It is going to be a pleasant day here weather-wise, only up to the mid 80's & maybe even a rain-free day. I think Tennessee forgot it is summer. How is hte weather out there is Vegas Hot Rod? Hope that excessive heat has broken. Ready or not I will be on my way out there soon! Have a god day everyone.

Jan, today we're facing our coolest temps in weeks with 40% chance of rain predicted; hopefully wee see it in the Spring Mtns to help the fire-fighting efforts. looks like next week will be nice with highs in the low mid 100s: (nice=low to mid 100s means you live in the desert)
