Isn't headlight fluid just water? That's what I heard from my friend that tunes Hondas... He said you just take the connecting wires for the headlights out and put them in a cup of water, but don't let go and they'll refill!

Not what I heard.

They say once every 100,000 miles it must be changed, and only with fluid distilled from the urine of a virgin female unicorn from Shamalamadingdongazakastan.

I just use blinker fluid, it does the same job.

Don't forget while you're changing out the fluids change the stale air in your tires at the same time. Bugs me that most people don't seem to remember this important detail.
