I guess I need to buy a new headset for the xbone...
edit: nevermind!!! Microsoft has said that the Kinect sensor bundled with every Xbox One console is intended to provide out-of-the-box in-game chat capabilities in place of a headset, which is not included.

not sure if there is an xbox 360 thread, which this link talks about, but I can't imagine it not being available on the xbox one, when it's out....which is freaking awesome news!!!
