Word of advice for drivers:

When the traffic light turns green still look both ways before you take off....atleast I do...seeing alot of camaros getting wrecked at intersections

Why?

Well, we're going to have 60+ people coming through our range each day for the next three days shooting M240B. It's for their premobilization. All 3 tables of fire need to be done(translation- Table 1: Zero the weapon, practice, and day paper qualification. Table 2: Day qualification on pop-up targets[range out to 800m for this weapon]. Table 3: Night qualification with night/thermal optics.) We are required to get 100% qualification, so that means shoot till they pass. All of this is done on only 6 firing lanes.

Get to the range at 0515 each morning and don't leave till the sun has been long gone...minimal sleep, wake up and repeat process.

:( It's just going to suck. O, did I mention that we're wearing full battle rattle(body armor vest, kevlar helmet), and it's been 100+ degrees with heat indexes ranging from 110-120 because of the crazy humidity.
