In latest news, components have started to be shipped out and the PS4 started production today. Foxconn Electronics (the company who is actually manufacturing the PS4) says they expect 1 million consoles to be built and ready to be shipped out come launch day.
Compare this to the Xbox1 whose production isn't slated to start until Sept. |

I'm not too worried. 360 began in August when it first came out, and first delivery was in November.
