Just fighting with a customer. She was upset becasue I wouldn't/couldn't issues her a refund. Now I am searching for the law becasue she wants to read it. Now I am thinking there is no law.

is it perscriptions? if so, then you can't refund.

It is but I can't find the law. So pharma boards say yes you can return but you take the loss of the sale.

She took down my name and number and said she is reporting me to the government because I wouldn't issue a refund and gave her false information.

Boss is on vacation

and yes she used it. Even if she didn't use it, we are not suppose to take it back.
