ok... heres what you do. take your shoe off (either foot, doesnt matter). then take a ball peen hammer and smash 3 or 4 of your toes. you'll forget the pain in your shoulder.

my dad had a doc tell him some thing similar when he had a cyst on his hand that he had two options either have surgery or wait it out and if the pain got to bad go out in the garage get a hammer and hit it as hard as you can


he went to another doc and had it removed lol
