I'm contemplating the ZL1 bumper or an SS bumper too! I have a sick deal on an SS bumper but I've never been a fan of the mailslot so I'm still thinking it over.

I do know the ZL1 bumper looks amazing in synergy green! Only reason I might pass on the ZL1 bumper is I don't think CGM looks amazing with the ZL1 bumper because there isn't enough color contrast

Theres a knock off complete ZL1 bumper kit on ebay if you look for. Might not be a bad buy? lol

My ss bumper FINALLY came, need a couple weeks to modify it then get it painted!

I've seen the bumper. It's from VIS Racing. A vendor here is selling it now. I'm just waiting on pics on an actual camaro to see it. But I also have a deal on the ZL1 Bumper that's actually cheaper than the VIS Racing one.

It's really all about what will look best

get the SS man. That looks really good on your color. Specially if you can score a good deal on it. I agree with what you said in the ZL1 bumper. Due to the ports and grill being black it doesn't POP as well with dark colors. On yellow, green, red, etc looks pretty good.

I hope some one buys the vis bumper and tests it out.
Maybe it will be the holy grail for the zl1 bumper and saving a substantial amount on achieving the look.

well if you have a good deal on the OEM zl1 bumper. Maybe contrasting the flat black lower grill with gloss will make it stand out more ?

Hmm...I want a bumper that would already be pre-painted that I could just bolt on and go haha. Don't want the hassle of taking it to a body shop and having it painted.

I'm actually thinking about painting everything that's supposed to be flat a gloss black on the ZL1 Bumper. My theme is CGM with gloss black so I think that'd look decent but I'm afraid it'll look bad when it actually comes down to do it

If you're going to do a ZL1, Gary's Customs or Maureen can both get you one painted already
