Finally decided I'd save the money and just use the right side for things like my line lock button and whatnot) and then pick up a set of 1LT wheels, have them widened to 8.5 and painted the way I wanted, and then slap some 265/50/18 nitto NT555s on them.

What do you think?

you can run a line lock wherever. mines down next to the cutout switch on the cd holder. but you should either widen the wheels a little more (like 9.5 in the back at least) or just buy different wheels to begin with.

All of us can give infractions to members. I know I couldn't ban people for the first few months I was a mod. Now all mods can ban from the get go...

can you ban each other?

And Junk has a ton of drag racing experience so he's definitely the right man for the job.
what about a metric shit tone of experience?

we have a list now? so would the quickest way to get on it be to ask to be off it?

We'll you do have to hold your tongue... which is really hard at times... I've been getting throttled, behind the scenes, for some of the actions I've taken over the last couple days....
that's one thing I am glad of not being a mod. tho I can usually express things tactfully enough to make the other person look like an idiot without actually badmouthing them

I mean, we do have lives So I think Tran has the right number.
only in a surplus if you are going by 1 mod per 1000 members.

tho for the most part, I think our current mods are doing fine, but it is up to THE REST OF US to help them out. we have the capability to flag posts, users, etc. utilize it people. if you make a comment about someone's thread or someone in another thread, post up the link at the same time so the mods can know what you are talking about.

Well, I know I can run a line lock wherever. Just commenting that I wanted buttons there, and that I decided that I could put the linelock (and maybe other buttons, if I decide to do nitrous or something) there to fill up the space instead of paying 2,000 more for a 1LT.

As for the tires, I want the same size tire front and back and I want to be able to use the 1LT wheels. So... not much options there. The best sizing I could find for that was 265/50/18, and the best tire I could find in that size is the nitto NT555, and nitto lists 8.5 inches as the ideal rim width for that particular tire. So... thats why I figured I'd have them widened to 8.5 instead of some other number.
