I want to know what you guys feel is fair pricing for remanufactured ammo in 9. 40. 38. and 45. Price per round if sold in 100 round bundles or a set price per 100 rounds. Thank you!

Everyone I know divides it out to see what the price is per round before they buy it. If priced too high they walk away. Are you selling 45? If so pm me.

I use to reload to sell at the firing range back in the fall and last summer to people who didn't bring enough. If they brought me brass to use, it was roughly half the cost of a box at a store. If they didn't and I had to supply the brass the cost was the same. For example, a box of 50 9mm I would sell for about $7, retail it would cost $13. A box of 50 .45 I would sell for $13 when retail a box cost $24. Both of those examples is if someone brought me a box of brass. Brass is about 60% of the cost of a box so if I also had to sell them the brass my cost was equal to what they could buy a box for retail. My prices also included $2 per box of 50 to cover my time and labor it takes to reload and work up a load that works depending on the weight of the bullet. |

PM Sent Jason, thank you!
Mr Draco - Thank you for your feedback. Pre December 2012 pricing is great but that was then, this is now. We have to pay the manufacture more than that for current supply and demand than what you or anyone was doing pre December 2012. Pricing will go down eventually and our purchase price of what we have to pay will go down. But right now their is nowhere you are buying 100 rounds to 1,000 rounds for $0.24 cents a round today that I can find that has inventory to send out. I can sell bundles of 1,000 rounds right now. Just need an honest opinion on fair pricing for you guys with the current market. |

I only have bolt action rifles: an old '03 Springfield sporter and a .300 Weatherby Mark V. The '03 shoots great and I can't afford to shoot the .300! Plus the recoil is a bitch!

Current market is a little higher, but not too bad. Then again, people will pay what people will pay. Just take a look at ammoseek or something like that and sell it for whatever the low end is running... but I think "fair" price seems to be whatever the "new" price is because supply is still a little low. 32-35 cents for 9mm, 35-40 for .40, 40-45 for .45... I think that's still fair. Not sure about .38 though
