My Silverado drivers seat is coming apart

This is a work truck, but I'm not beating on it.Less than 3 years old but out of warranty due to mileage,so the front edge of the seat is cracking and split open(leather)is there any temporary repair to keep it from getting worse, and who would be a good source for having the seats recovered one day.I'd like to have the seats done with Katzskin leather in the future.

I've had it for 13 years, the first 6 years was spent restoring it.
Thanks for the compliment.
