Depends on how old you are I think. I pay 125+ a month for a 12 LS with geico. The lowest from the other major company's is 150+ and I have zero accidents at 24

way too many factors to consider. where you live (accident rate in your area effects insurance rates along with coverage requirements by the state), your driving record, how many cars are on your policy, your age, how many drivers are on your policy, the age and driving record of those drivers, type of cars, coverage amounts, extras like towing and glass coverage, deductible.............................the list goes on and on. just take an afternoon and get a half dozen online quotes and pick the best one.
the only advice I would give is to stick with a large national carrier. it will make dealing with a claim much easier should you ever have to. |

Geico. However, I'm paying almost $6000 a year for a '12 Zl1, a '11 Harley Streetglide, and liability only on a '07 Silverado Classic W/T. Unfortunately one yr ago I was in an accident and two yrs ago I got a speeding ticket' but I still feel that's high. So its due again in July and I'll be shopping around.
State Farm are a bunch of pecker heads as far as I'm concerned. Dont try and insure a motorcycle with them, they don't even know what to do with it. And they were way expensive on that part, like double over companies that specialize in motorcycle insurance. I will say this. I had Safeco (don't use them) for my bike when I first started riding back in '09 and was hit by a lady with Geico. My insurance company (Safeco) sucked. Didnt help me out in dealing with the lady or her insurance at all. So I called her insurance(Geico) and dealt with them directly and they were professional and courteous and we got it settled. That's why I switched to them last yr. And since then as a customer they have continued that professionalism and courtesy. I just want to see if I can save money somewhere else before I commit to another 6 months.

Grundy collector car insurance is who I used for my 2001 Z28 $420 a year insured to an agreed value of $35k no limitation on the number of miles, it just could not be your daily driver.
Noway I would not have my ZL1,1LE, or SS that s not my daily driver not under a collector insurance. This way you get an agreed value vs. market value.

Nationwide for me. I pay $65/month. I got a quote on an SS I was considering, and it was $5 less per month than my 1LT/RS.

State farm all the way. Have been with them for 10 years. The camaro was ~$55/month for full coverage, highest possible limits. Raptor is $57 and change monthly btw.

I'm also looking for a great insurance company so good think I was able to browse this thread. I'm actually choosing between State Farm and USAA as I think both are good companies. I am not sure about how they deal with young driver insurance though since the car is for my son so it is a bit high risk.
