OK, I was born in L.A. and lived there until 1979. I don't think the attitudes there have changed much, however I suppose I could be wrong.

Thing is, when I lived there, the only thing we cared about were the Lakers. At the time, we had the Rams but WHO CARED!!?!?! If we wanted a football fix, there was always USC or UCLA. But NO-ONE went to Rams games. Same thing happened when the Raiders went there, which is why they are back in Oakland.

L.A. may have a huge market, but they are not a football town. I just don't see that changing.

As far as the Dolphins, I'd hate to see them move. Better that Tampa Bay moves first...Miami is the original Florida football team.

The dolphins are actually the very first professional sports team in florida. so I agree with you there. if anything, move the jags. their stadium attendance is worse than Miami. lol

That's only because all the jets and pats fans buy fin tickets to see their team. If Jacksonville was in the afc east they sell as much as Miami!

I agree which is why I live in Vegas! New York is the Mecca but its hard to live there. Plus who wants to be in the cold.

I couldn't live in Florida though.

Keep them in Miami. I feel bad for any team that bites on the "LA" deal. The Raiders fans got a horrible rep from all the gang issues when they were in LA and the bad thing is, they didn't do anything to get away from it. Hey don't talk about my Chargers that way. Now that we have a new GM and coach hopefully things will get better. I agree with you about the LA gang mentality, they are now saying it not even safe to go to LA Dodgers games if you are wearing other teams logo's. Raiders fans come to San Diego and take over our stadium and think they own it. Very ugly.

Well, that sucks...

Hate to see that Seattle is one of many teams that has players that think it's ok to do this.

Still pumped for the season though, and with how deep our DL is, I think we'll still do fine.
