here's a question, for the last 3 weeks the same blue car has been driving by where I live. he circles the area slowly, each time getting closer to where I park. then speeds off, at first I thought this was someone who lived in the area. I'm getting kinda freaked out.

I stalk the Upper Arlington Police Department's parking lot because I know they have a Caprice. I just haven't gotten to see it up close yet.
