A Tesla Roadster could probably stomp most of our cars too.

Just saying.

Not 100% sure about this, but what I'm hearing is the sudden high sales volume is from Tesla filling backorders. Not from people actually shopping for a Model S and buying one on the spot.

You can't buy one on the spot, or don't believe so anyway. All the Model S' being made are already spoken for.

I'm sure it would put Down most of our cars, 300hp at zero mph. These cars are torque whores off the line. There are a few of them running around town, tried to mess with one once knowing full well what would happen, but I don't think this woman could drive let alone race.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood, but there is a graph that shows the sales of the tesla model S being compared to the Mercedes S class, the BMW 7 series and the Audi a8

Model s 4750
Mercedes s class. 3077
BMW 7 series. 2338
Audi a8. 1462

Yes, thats in the article. But the headline for the article leads you to think that they'll be talking about the companies/brands. The fact in the article itself they are comparing models and not the brands in the article makes the headline misleading. An accurate headline would say something like "Tesla Model S outselling 7 Series, A8, and S-Class"

I think I need to research if this things use a motor for each wheel, effectively making it 4WD/AWD....and if so, how does the car handle slippery/snowy conditions.
