how do you post or embed a video?

an easier way is to copy and paste the URL from the address bar. This way you don't have to use the [ u2b ][ /u2b ]. It has to be from the address bar though because if you use the embedded link they give you, it will show up as a hyperlink.

Before about April of this year you could post it using [video] tags, as long as it was set to "public" Since then FB changed, so adjustments have to be made by an Admin in the style manager. You have to find -

Then replace with -

Width and height can be adjusted to whatever the admin prefers. After this is done a simple hyperlink, or even youtube tags will successfully embed a facebook video. You could also do it in html, if enabled, but this exposes serious security issues.

This site is running version 3.8.7 which is quite outdated. Current version is 5.0 and I believe they have this issue resolved.
