My dad's planning on getting a new car soon, upgrading from his 2010 Buick Lacrosse

and I'm trying to push him on getting the 2014 SS sedan... He wanted to get a g8 before before he got the Buick, but obviously the sad day came where they closed their doors, and he really stooped low with the lacrosse! I just wanted to know what you guys thought of the SS!

What's wrong with the lacrosse? I drove it when we rented one, although it was a brand-new 2013. Car drove like a dream and the interior was gorgeous. And that's a big fat yes to the SS. Interior on that thing is so sick.

Some will say they don't like the SS but I actually do. Looks like a promising car but the one thing that would stop me from getting is the fact that its only available in automatic.

Your dad sounds like a loyal General Motors customer. We appreciate that to an extreme degree! Regarding the SS, AWESOME is what I think! Try to push him up to a ZL1 and he'll really love your recommendation.

Be prepared to wait about 3 months after ordering and have a decent chunk of change.

That's why I like it though. It's perfect for a DD thing is bad ass, fast, 4 doors, and perfect for daily driving. I love driving my car everyday but commuting in it with the Manual when I hit traffic (which is often) sucks lol
