Yeah, cargo broke loose and shifted to the back from what I read. Pilot probably didn't have enough control authority to overcome it, and that low to the ground, no chance of being able to recover from the stall.

Very disturbing and so easily prevented. Weight and balance critical for flight in any aircraft..tie that cargo down.

Pretty much nothing could be done at the moment the video started...looks like the plane was already at too steep an AOA and stalled. Cargo shift?
