It is a separate case. For whatever reason (I'm guessing there may be an evidence situation) they charged that out separately.

Why do you extend the argument? This is a precedent setting event. To say its all "perfectly legal" would be to foretell the future. I'm sure "naked man" has plenty of calls from ACLU lawyers looking to get a piece of that action. It would be up to the court to say what is "perfectly legal"

I would never expect the authorities to release ALL of the evidence publicly. Are you nuts? That's a great way to get a conviction thrown out due to jury nullification or whatever it's called.

Once the case is closed, the evidence will become public record.

I wonder how many in this thread have a law degree, are experts on all 50 individual states laws, federal law, constitutional law...etc...
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but I have backed off saying what is legal or not legal because I am no expert and I bet just about everyone saying this or that is not legal or is legal are not experts either...

So I for one retract any previous statements I have made on if anything was legal...
